Molybdenum Sputtering Targets
ProTech Materials rotatable molybdenum (Mo) targets have densities in excess of 97%.
These targets come in two forms, monolithic for targets up to 1.7 meters in length and
Mo tiles for bonding to stainless steel backing tubes up to 4 meters long.
ProTech offers planar molybdenum sputtering targets with full theoretical density. The
planar targets improved density is a result of an additional hot rolling process step.
In both planar and rotatable form, ProTech's molybdenum has superior oxygen levels,
typically on the order of 50 ppm.
