Indium Tin Oxide
ProTech Materials' indium tin oxide (ITO) sputtering targets are manufactured using
co-precipitated indium oxide (In2O3) and tin oxide (SnO2) nanopowders yielding superior
compositional uniformity at an atomic scale.
Our proprietary hot consolidation process achieves in excess of 99% theoretical densities.
This composition control results in excellent particle performance during sputtering.
