Copper indium gallium (CIG) material is used as an absorbing layer in
CIGS thin film solar photovoltaic manufacturing.
ProTech Materials' copper indium gallium sputtering targets have
extremely uniform microstructure and composition control throughout the
target. These targets can be in manufactured in either planar or rotatable
form up to 4 meters in length.
ProTech offers two standard CIG compositions, as well as, customer
specified customized compositions.
