Alumina Doped Zinc Oxide (AZO)
Alumina Doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) is a transparent
conductive oxide commonly used as a transparent electrode
for solar photovoltaic applications and in large area
architectural glass coating.
ProTech Materials offers high purity (99.95%), high density
(> 98%) and low resistivity (typical sheet resistivity = 0.60
mohm/square) AZO in both planar and rotatable form.
The microstructure of ProTech's AZO target is tailored to
provide superior sputtering performance, while minimizing
arcing.
The proprietary ProTech Materials process offers excellent
composition and conductivity uniformity throughout the
target material. This ensures repeatable thin film
characteristics through the target life and target to target.
ProTech Materials also offers customer specified custom
AZO compositions.
